Fit guide · read this before you buy

Works on most phones. Here's how.

The clip goes over one camera. On phones with two or three cameras, you pick the main one and stay on it.

  1. Take thick cases offSlim cases are usually fine. A raised camera bump on the case can push the lens off center.
  2. Clip over the main (1x) cameraLine the lens up with your main camera, then open the camera app and check the edges look even.
  3. Stay on 1xDon't switch to 0.5x or zoom while a lens is on. On iPhone Pro models, turn off auto macro in Settings › Camera.

The clip covers the flash while a lens is on. A dark ring around the fisheye image is part of the 198° look; zoom in slightly if you want it gone.

Will it fit my phone?

It fits most iPhone and Android phones, including models with two or three cameras. Clip it over the main 1x camera and take off thick cases. Having trouble lining it up? Email support@shopthenox.com and we'll help.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 5–10 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Does it work for video?

Yes. The lenses work in your phone's normal camera app for photos and video, and in most filming apps. Some apps switch cameras on their own; lock them to the main camera if the image looks cut off.

Which lenses do people use most?

The fisheye, the macro and the CPL. The light filters (flow, star, radial, kaleidoscope) are the fun ones for nights out and shows.

Is the 2x lens better than my phone's zoom?

If your phone already has a telephoto camera, probably not. The 2x lens is for phones with a single main camera.

Is it a good gift?

It comes in its own zip case, fits in a stocking, and works on whatever phone they have. Order by December 8 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
